    Claims must be submitted online or mailed and postmarked by Wednesday, May 7, 2025.

  • Opt-Out Date

    Monday, April 07, 2025
    You must mail your exclusion request so that it is postmarked no later than April 7, 2025.

  • Objection Date

    Monday, April 07, 2025
    You must file your objection with the Court no later than April 7, 2025.

  • Final Fairness Hearing

    Tuesday, May 20, 2025
    The Final Fairness Hearing will be held on May 20, 2025, at 8:30 am PT and will be held on Zoom. Please refer to FAQ 20.
